We have all seen geocaching SWAG and various personalized items. They can take many forms from handmade tags to custom pens. There is really no limit to the SWAG you can get associated with your team name. The first time we had something made with our team name on it was when we designed a stamp. That sounds impressive but really its not.

[1]We used the same logo that our brother made before for our profile. We went online and found a site that would make us some custom stamps. I don’t remember how much it cost but I do know it was seriously cheap. Pretty sure we had a coupon. They were so cheap that we bought 10. Since we bought something they gave us a free box of business cards. Did we need business cards? Of course not but they were free. You are thinking, what in the world would you do with ten self inking stamps with your geocaching logo on it. One use is that when you find a geocache, you just stamp it and it looks cool. What about the rest? Think back to when you found those letterbox geocaches. If they were fully stocked they should have had a stamp and a larger logbook. Now if you find one you can use your stamp.

[2]You are probably ahead of me already but yes, you now have what it takes to hide a letterbox. When you are shopping around on one of those create on demand sites, you might be surprised at all of the stuff you can make cheaply. Do you need a personalized shirt, coffee mug, or water bottle? No, but it is still cool to have. Once you start building your brand there really is not limit. For our family it is that fun common bond we have that you just can’t put a price on.

Go check it out and see what you can make. Its been fun for us so far. There are many sites but the one we have been using is VistaPrint. Now that we have started buying a few thing they send us coupons so we get stuff even cheaper.
